Any idea what a college-educated person with a CELTA cert. would

I suppose it depends where in Asia that person would be working. I know that in eastern
and southern Asia, the CELTA's not really a factor (but a recognized university degree
in any subject is, from what I understand - and I understand that the teaching style for
ESL/EFL is quite different than in the rest of the world). Working in western and
northern Asia usually does require a CELTA in addition to a university degree (again,
any subject).
