	This is off-topic, but I was always taught that (at least in British English), "I am good" means "I am a good person", which would be presumptuous, if you only want to say "I am fine" or "well". 1 person has voted this message useful

	I don't think that matches current usages. 'I'm good' would serve just as well for 'I'm fine/well' 2 persons have voted this message useful
