UPDATE 2, Super Challenge, Spanish
#books 18/100
I'm trying to keep up the one-whole-book-per-week pace and am still waiting for a dramatic reading speed
increasement. The last book I read was set in the ice age and it revealed how bad my Oxford Spanish
Dictionary really is. I had to search the Internet for all the countless plant and animal names (and I don't think
they were all pre-historic) but also for some other vocabulary. Google picture search is handy when trying to
figure out words for any concrete things but especially for plants and animals.
#films 14/100
I've been mostly reading, my number of books has actually grown bigger than the number of films now that
100 pages counts as one book. I definitely should watch couple of films next. I like the idea of keeping both
figures as close to each other as possible.

It's been quite some time since I've last written an update here due to lack of time. In spite of that I try to maintain the more extensive updates on my blog/keep track of the number of movies on twitter. Anyway, here's what I've done since the last update:
Movies
8. Sandheden om mænd - quite nice and a must-watch movie
9. Superclasico - very funny and entertaining
10.Brødre - a deep and touching story
11. Dig og mig - really, don't waste your time
12. Simon og Malou - turned out to be one of my all time favorite Danish movies - very light and funny!
13. Rosa Morena - moving film about the price of happiness
14. En kort en lang - "watch if you have nothing else to do" kind of movie
15. Okay - a movie showing the life of the "average Joe" in a perfect way
16. Hævnen - an award winning piece of movie, definitely a must-watch
Reading
Sadly, I'm still reading my first book - Hus og Hjem by Helle Helle, and even though, I'm showing a considerable progress in terms of understanding the context, there are still around 50 pages left, which means, I've read around 160 pages by far. :) Hopefully exams will be over in a month and a half and I'll have some more time devoted to reading non-academic stuff. :) So, that´s it from me for now.

Just finished my first film, Solas, 101 minutes. Had trouble with a lot of the dialogue. Some of it I got, some was
just lost. I watched it online with Netflix. I'm very low tech ... anyone know if I can get subtitles in Spanish from
Netflix online?
Reading La Piramide Roja now.

Well thats the end of that series. It was not the first time I watched it and it won't be the last since there are still lots
of details that I am missing. I estimate that I am failing to understand 10-20%, perhaps more depending on who is
speaking. At the other end of the scale however is about 20% of the dialog that is moving beyond just
understanding, it is becoming so well ingrained that it seems to me the obvious/best way to express a thought,
maybe even more than the English equivalent. The bulk of the dialog lies between these extremes and is slowly
improving.
I was reading a book but since I had read it before long ago I loaned it to someone who wanted to borrow it so I will
have to start another one and finish that one when I get it back.

I've added Romanian to my list, films only. Also doing nicely with Polish and Italian "movies", 14-15 each.
Random things I noticed while rereading random parts of HP:
-The most "normal" Hogwarts express ride is in the beginning of book 4, when Voldemort is about to return.
-Fudge obviously had no clue about the protection, but omg he was so right when he said Harry would later look at it differently, about staying with his muggle relatives!
-There are Deep Meaningful conversations with Dumbledore at the end of each book. Will be fun to reread them too :D
