The same happened with AnnetteK, who definitely didn't change her password or email address and who wanted to join the Croatian team :S
she was told to try creating a new account but she doesn't want to register a new mailbox for that :/ I like that there are many individual participants this time. With all due respect to Fasulye, she didn't have like ANY competition last year... 1 person has voted this message useful | |||||||||

Meramarina helped one of those on my team to get back their old account. Her e-mail is listed on her profile, in case Wilke or someone else who can't send PM's is reading this.
I've never heard of accounts being deactivated without people changing either their e-mail or their password. It's scary! Do you know if she changed anything at all, Serpent? I added a new language to my list recently and that went well, but I'm starting to get afraid to change even the slightest thing. The rule is (that's what I wrote in the Technical Room as well) that you shouldn't change your e-mail address neither your password on your profile! With both it's the danger that your profile doesn't get reactivated.

The same thing happened to a friend of mine. He had to try three times before he managed to create a working account. If it's a new account, she'll probably just have to try again. That's what he had to do.
