Just to be clear, I just edited the alphabetical list, as well as the team list, by
adding my name and languages, and then clicking publish. So far so good? |

Yes, everything's fine. Except that you're now the first on the alphabetic list :D

Okay, the East Asian Team and the Romance Team have formed. They both reached the magic five!
Concerning East Asian vs. single languages: It looks like this year a common team will be formed. Both Expugnator and Rem, who originally signed up for the Chinese team, have signed up for the East Asian Team and there is only one potential member in the Japanese (TimmyTurner93) and the Korean Team (Evita).
There's still the possibility that these teams grow, but at the moment it looks like the East Asian Team will be the winner. So, if no single teams can be formed, I will ask the potential members for Chinese, Japanese, and Korean if they'd like to join the East Asian Team.
The same is true for Team Rare. People who signed up for a language in the "Other" category and can't find a team or a tandem will be asked to join Team Rare.

If not enough people sign up for the individual Japanese team, I would be more than happy
to transfer to the East Asian Team.

French is popular so will take care of

Hekje and Sprachprofi did Indonesian at Team Rare this year. If they are willing to
continue, maybe we can
have an Indonesian team. I'd be the 4th member and only 1 member would be missing to
make it a team
then. |

I'll gladly follow you and the others. I think I might even "join" later during the
year. I've already learnt a tiny tiny bit here and there this year.
I've just very happily registered in the east asian languages team (which could be
open to southeast asian as well in my opinion)

If there won't be a team for Greek I will join Team Rare (if invited, of course). Although Greek is far from being
rare, the amount of native materials I could find so far suggests it's as good as rare :)
P.S. I remind that I volunteer as team leader if there's no one else (I wouldn't want to replace the person who
has more experience/ desires to lead/ remains from the previous TAC...) for teams I participate in, and that
the team of non-standard methods regardless of TL is an ongoing offer.

I've also signed up for the Celtic Team next year with Irish, although this will be a minor language. I think it's very important to keep Celtic languages going strong in the TAC, and I hope someone will come forward as a captain and help us out.
