Yeah, I'm referring to the spelling part, in Italian "h" is not pronounced, but it's REALLY important putting it when you write. :) 1 person has voted this message useful | ||||||

Good stuff Snipy - I knew that :-) I'd be a little worried if I found out now that you should pronounce the H. But I do make sure I learn where there are supposed to be Hs in writing, so hopefully I won't screw up. And hopefully people will be forgiving and simply correct me if I make any mistakes...

Here's another funny "särskrivning"(don't know what it's called in English) in Swedish:

This isn't a deliberate mistake by any means, and it's really just amusing rather than annoying, but many phone dictionaries will use the Norwegian word "øl" (beer) before "ok".
