I stumbled on some online resources for Arabic and Hebrew hosted by the University of Texas in Austin. A couple of goodies include Aswaat Arabiyya and Yours Truly בינינו which you may find handy for improving your listening comprehension abilities in Arabic and Hebrew respectively.

Here's my attempt at this month's challenge:
أحب لطهي الطعام هندي وعربي. طهي أطباق من المغرب و النيبال. في عطلة أسافر إلى دول بعيدة. زرت بعيدة البلدان. أيضا أن أعرف الناس من ثقافات وتقاليد مختلفة I like to cook Indian and Arabian food. I cook dishes from Morocco and Nepal. During my holidays, I (usually) travel to distant countries. I visited faraway lands. I also enjoy (getting to) know people from different cultures and traditions. I'm sorry, I seem to be getting some problems aligning my text. I tried some commands, but they don't seem to work.
