Well anyway...
Readers mine, Es: I went to a café with Kikewhite last night. Having met on this very forum, and me having harrassed him into it over skype. It went quite well, I was surprised with myself. Venezuelan Spanish is a bit of an adventure, but after a half an hour or so my ear kinda clicked into it and it worked out. I dunno what he thought about my Spanish, all lispy and madrileano, but well it worked. We've arranged to see eachother once a week, which'll be cool and should help my Spanish immensly. Gets me out of the apartment as well. I assume that he'll read this, so he'd better post in my thread :p I got in trouble when I got home, ended up chatting for ~2 hours, which was a bit longer than I had planned, but well worth it :D I still have loads of work to do, but well it's a start. Fr: Collecting more and more stuff that my company is throwing away, the fools! Signed up to a couple of things related to my industry etc. Working on my vocab that way. It: Reading more and more emails/etc. in Italian from my boss. Fixed his English for a letter to the organisation and had the Italian version as a reference. Was kinda interesting. De: beh. This log is, for the time being at least, now closed.
I'm not feeling the love, two of my most steadfast readers have been banned, and I'm going to spend my time doing other things for a while, and will see whether I come back to this. I won't bother closing my account, and may very well keep posting from time to time, but here ends my logging adventure for now. Thom. Ps.
