I missed the previous 6WC due to computer problems, and uncertainty about whether my Spanish skills were at B1 level or lower. I will participate in the next 6WC but I am undecided on which language to learn, as there are a quite a few I could choose.

Yes, I think studying the language that wins the poll is good idea.
