There aren't any real errors... I mean everything is correct, it's just that...sound strange, some minor things, like:

Ma non posso parlare Italiano molto bene... posso in this context means more that an external force is preventing you from speaking Italian well, which is not obviously the case. A simple "ma non parlo bene l'Italiano" is better.

Sarebbe molto utile per me... it just sounds strange, a simpler "mi sarebbe molto utile" is way more natural.

For your ending phrase, a "scusatemi" is better, mi dispiace means more that you are REALLY sorry for something (bad) you did...which isn't the case.

Sì, sì, ma la frase completa è: "Con un po' di anticipo ho fatto mio uno dei buoni propositi per l'anno nuovo letti
su un blog" Allora si legge il testo un po' diversamente, scusami. Sarebbe meglio trovare una virgola dopo la
parola "mio".
Penso che "fare mio" sia un'espressione. Agli Italiani di fare meglio, se bisogna farlo.
