I’m new to this but am very interested in joining this year’s TAC as part of a team, although if it cannot be arranged I'm happy to go solo. (Sorry for my lateness!) I plan on studying Spanish, in which I’d say I am currently approaching an A2 level, and Russian, at which I will be a complete beginner apart from a basic familiarity with the Cyrillic alphabet. I hope to by the end of the year reach the threshold of B2 in Spanish, and A2 in Russian. |

Merely out of curiosity, is there a list with all the teams/individuals?

There is a list on page 19 of this thread, but I don't know if it's up-to-date.
I think when all the teams are settled, a list should be posted in an easy to find place, either in a new thread, or perhaps on page one of this one.

How far into the year are people allowed to join teams?
I know I probably would have joined a team last year, but because I (perhaps mistakenly) thought it was too late, didn't.

If Team Freutch is still open to taking members, I would like to continue with my Mandarin and German.

Well, I think the teams are actually supposed to be set before the end of the year, but there is probably some leeway in that. So if you haven't joined a team yet, you probably still could, but don't wait any longer.

I'm already on a team. My question was made in general with the hope that it might help someone considering joining a team, but had not yet done so.

at team Freutsch you need to be studying both German and French. however, team Germanic/Sinitic seems just perfect for you:)))
