Last year we had people join teams halfway through the year, so I don't think it's too late to start. Try sending a post or PM to the person who organized the team or to one of the present members. Or propose and put together a new group; the year is still very young!

I don't know who will make the complete list of teams and members this year, but yes, we should have that at some point.

I have not even updated the Polish team yet - I'd better get to work on it!

Your current level(s): as far as I can tell, preintermediate.

People are still
trickling into the Romantics, and there's a few who made one post back in December and
then faded. It might be good to wait a few weeks for the groups to settle & then make a
definitive list.

Alright, well, I don't know how I didn't post in this thread before, but here's my entry:

Language(s) you plan to study: Russian and German

Your current level(s): I'd put myself at roughly B1 for German (less for speaking), and in a more blurry B1 nebula for
Russian.

Your goals for the challenge: Since my 2012 will involve heavy immersion, I hope to get to at least C1.

Whether you would like to be on a team or an individual participant: I'm on Team Sputnik.
