By Slucido's Postulate, aren't non-spaced flashcards just as good as SRS if there's INPUT + OUTPUT + TIME? |

If you're using it, why wouldn't it be?
The flashcards available at LingQ are non-spaced, and plenty of people use that method to learn languages.

Oh, wait! Maybe she said you have to have seen that word used in x number of different contexts before you really "know" it.

I can definitely agree with that, and that seems to be about the right number in my experience.
As for SRS, isn't the whole point that it's a more efficient/better method than traditional flashcards?

And therefore -- THEREFORE -- doesn't it mean that if a sufficient number of people find a method to be better than another, it is, for all practical purposes, better, thus annulling slucido's argument?

If more people like chocolate ice cream, does that make it better?

If more people enjoy chocolate ice cream, then chocolate ice cream is better for the stated goal - to bring most enjoyment to the greatest number of people.

And furthermore -- FURTHERMORE -- no. How could it. It's all some variation of input + output + time.
