That is awesome, drsarvo, good to see you again, and very happy to see that tarvos and Fabrizzio are game as usual.

I have written an extremely comprehensive overview of my original goals and whether I have reached them in my individual log, so I'll just take the executive summary here.

I have reached my goals in Russian, Spanish and French, but I am behind in Italian and German, and did not even get off the ground in Greek.

I still want to do some extra Michel Thomas some grammar and some classes in Russian, and I need to read a bit more French.

Look forward to seeing where the rest of you are!

I will refer to my log for a detailed appreciation, but my progress has been unexpectedly
huge and I have made huge strides in three languages, and remained constant in one or two
more (these are old languages I already knew to some degree), plus I have dabbled in a
sideproject.

Russian, Swedish and French are my languages that have received the most time and
consequently have improved the most.

And Teango, -11 hours would mean it is 9 am your place.

Rightly so, 9am sounds much better! ^u^

Next Skype session: For a change, I won't be driving anywhere nor will I be particularly busy, I'll be home, I have Skype installed on a functional system, and I'd have even time to prepare any 'programme's. The catch is, I haven't made any real progresses since the last time. I can't even read at a child's pace and I haven't their advantage of having heard all of the words previously. Does it still make sense to participate when everyone else has made it to the next level and beyond?

N.B.: This question is plain and for real, not an emotional call for attention, pats on the back, etc. or a rhetorical way to say I won't be there... If am to appear, it'd be nice to know what for :)

Do not worry! Most of the time we just give eachother encouragement - in English - , and if we do happen to say anything in Russian, you will be allowed to keep quiet in Russian if you do not want to talk :-)

Do we do this at 8 in the evening as usual, or should we move it to 9 for the benefit of our Hawaiian member?

OK, I'll try and think of it as some kind of 'modern socialization' training. Either 8 or 9 is fine for me, I'll connect at 8 and wait 'til nine if necessary.

I'm still not completely comfortable with the perspective of having to talk to color-shifting squares and the like, though :)

I will wait for Teango to give the A-OK for that latter thing, but for me, klockan 8 och
9 passar båda.

Klockan 8 (Oslo time) is fine by me, it'll get me up early to be hopefully more productive on Sunday. ;)
