I am continuing my Danish course, this week I will have my last meeting before the Easter holidays. I passed my last weekend in the Netherlands, so I concentrated on Dutch crossword puzzles, which I did for the first time.

I'm not updating much because my study has been predictable the
past days. I'm studying from an old TY book which is more like a grammar. I'm really
tired of so much textbook studying, and I want to reach a level at which I'd be
comfortable with using native materials. I'm afraid it will take a long time, though.

While we're at it, what's the best online Norwegian-English dictionary? Also, a
Norwegian-only dictionary.

Selv bruker jeg denne:
http://www.nob-ordbok.uio.no

99.9% av tilfellene skyldes uforstålige resultater i den tysk-norske ordboka jeg
bruker. Den har også ordbøker i begge målformene.

For Norwegian-English, there is LEXIN. Just select one of the more exotic languages there and you get translations from Norwegian to the selected language plus English. You can't select English as the target language, but it is still there ;)

I'm keeping up with my Assimil lessons and, a few days ago, I made a short translation using one of the news from the Nyheter på lätt svenska podcast (the translation can be found in my log).

I managed to translate pretty much everything, except for this bit: "Specialpedagogiska skolmyndigheten" from this sentence "Nu ska Specialpedagogiska skolmyndigheten undersöka hur stor problemet är". Suggestions?

Hi! I've no idea how to translate it!:P
Our team is quite quiet, isn't it?:P how's everything going?
I've been studying recently and I feel a little more confident while speaking Norwegian. But still, a long way to
go until I can say I'm quite fluent. Anyway, I like Norwegian so much! I'm going to check in October what I've
achieved after one 1 year of studying, that'll be fun:)
Hilsener fra Polen!:)

It's indeed very quiet but i'm still studying! Just haven't updated my log in a while.

I just came back from my 10 day trip to Sweden! This was my first trip where I was
actually able to understand them better and to speak a little bit myself. I'll make a log
update soon! (Moving to Sweden in ~3 months! so excited!)

I tried to look it up in several dictionaries, but wasn't able to find a translation that made sense :/ Hopefully a native (or someone with a better knowledge of Swedish than mine) will be able to translate it. I think it it some kind of authority that controls how minorities are treated in schools, but I'm not sure.

Look here for a short description.
The official translation is "National Agency for Special Needs Education and Schools".
