I'm sorry to see that your free time is being sapped away by school again. :(
I've been primarily working on loading up with vocabulary lately. I've made my first pass through the Korean Essential Vocabulary 6000 (concentrating on the 1,087 "A" level words) and was very pleased to find that by the end I only needed to add maybe 100 or so cards (and many of those were actually replacements for old sentence-based cards that contained the word, but apparently hadn't done a very good job teaching me the word itself). The next pass will be the 2,111 "B" level words which should take a bit longer, both due to the higher total word count and the lower ratio of "already known" words ("A" words are the most common, then "B", then the 2,872 remaining "C" words).
I've also started playing around with TalkToMeInKorean.com lately and realizing that I should have stopped by there sooner.
---
BTW, I have reached the music shows containing 반짝반짝 now. That song is fairly catchy, but I'd still have to claim 나 어때 as my favorite among their list of released songs.
I also now get what 4minute Korean comeback you were talking about above and I noticed that Rainbow made a comeback this past weekend as well. "A" and "Mach" have recently become two of the most played songs on my MP3 player, so hopefully the new single is good as well.

Yeah school taking away from studying languages sucks. It’ll be good to back it up with music listening in the background of either Korean or Japanese. I’ve been increasing my vocab by making many more vocabulary lists in Japanese, when I’m looking new things up. It always helps to keep the mind fresh.
Korean pop related, I’m starting to follow SNSD songs along with Korean lyrics, which hasn’t been too easy.

Warp, I bought that book back in 2009. IMO, it's garbage. A lot of definitions are odd/incorrect. I checked the definitions versus Naver's and Yahoo Korea's dictionaries and the book was the one that was different.
I haven't really paid attention to the music shows the past two weeks. I need a break from K idol music. Been listening to a lot of Dynamic Duo and Amuro Namie.
Sage, do yourself a favor and go download T-ara's "Breaking Heart" album. Best Kpop album released in a long time.

It definitely has a few oddities in it, but I like the 가나다 sort and the ABC level groupings, so I'm using it as the work list source. However, I'm also using it in parallel with Survival Korean Vocabulary (which is based on the same list of 6000 words, but is sorted by topical groups instead) as well as running Naver/Daum searches for each term. Whenever one resource (usually KEV) lists a definition that doesn't appear in the other resources, that particular definition gets skipped (since the whole point of this is learning the 6000 most useful words and if a definition isn't common enough to be present in each location, then it isn't important enough to worry about yet).
Some of those definitions actually do exist, though, but only when paired with some other specific words (so they often appear in examples on Naver/Daum, but not as actual separate definitions). Those I generally skip as well since often using the normal meaning with those specific words still gets the general idea anyway.

I was gonna learn the most common words, but I'm just learning the words I need. For example, I'm looking up every word I don't know in my Tales of Graces F manual. Now I can understand some instructions when playing a video game in Japanese.

Off topic, but I made a blog (not language learning related though.)

Warp, my blog is for trolling. I'll eventually get people from allkpop bitching about my blog, which is the point lol. And just look up pictures of Chichi. Two of them look like men.

Oh...you had me searching all over the place trying to figure out what you were talking about with that post. I also thought some of the other posts seemed a bit out of character as well, but thought maybe you were using the blog to vent or something...lol
