Thanks for the suggestions vermillon.
I'll have a listen to those today and see if any of them appeal to me. :)

Could someone please check if the following sentences are okay?
thanks
As for the february challenge, I'm not sure I'll be able to do it as this month is crazy for me and my chinese class
takes so much time that I can't put more than that for chinese right now.

1, 9, 10 are correct. The others have at least one mistake, I'll give hints:
2 => the adverb before the verb. (and also 马上 is often followed by 要).
3 => 蓝 means blue, but to say "blue" you'd usually say 蓝色(的).
4 => shoes is 鞋子. There's also a very obvious mistake you'll surely find yourself :)
5 => not sure what you meant. But the second sentence should be 没问题 (because the meaning is 没"有"问题) 不问题 would be equivalent to say "c'est pas problème" instead of "il n'y a pas de problème".
6 => see 4.
7 => see 4.
8 => 要 doesn't go well with 有. And 就 has no reason to be here.
11 => 那+这? I bet it's a typo. Also, same as 3.

Dreadful challenge... but I knew this was coming sooner or later.
I have to admit, I find most contemporary Thai music unbearably soft and sweet. Moreover, none of my Thai friends likes karaoke (lucky me), so my exposure to sing-along-favorites has been very limited. It's a huge challenge to even pick a song. So I'll probably don't even attempt to find one online and go with this song a friend showed me last week in Bangkok. It's nothing special, but it's not of the sweet kind and has a few funny lines.
I am, however, quite interested in classical Thai music, in particular its scales. I have a few discs of instrumental Thai music, and I enjoy listening to that kind of music occasionally. The scales are so different from our Western ones, as are structure and rhythm. Too bad that only very few elements of traditional Thai music have made it into Thai pop music.

Hi team fellows,
For those who learn/speak Korean, I'm interested in hearing from what are your sources of online readings: newspapers, blogs, etc.
I'd be interested if you could point me to a few places, especially things that could be relatively easy (but it's fine if they're not).
(Evita, I'm sure you can see where I'm coming with this ;) )

Nobody has completed the February challenge so far... what exactly do we need to do to pass? As a minimum, just learn the lyrics by heart and then let you (= Druckfehler) know?

I don't think we need to learn all the lyrics by heart...don't we just have to understand them and maybe memorize the chorus? My song is long, no way I can memorize it.
