Morning Read Assimil Hungarian with Ease (Units 8,12) (~20 minutes) - Revised 8 concentrating on verb endings. Unit 12 seems very new, so I'd to go over it again. Evening Russian Michel Thomas Advanced Russian CD2-05 to CD2-15 (~1.25 hours) - Managed to complete this CD. Will probably do the tracks at a slower pace, to really anchor the material. Spanish Gramatica A1-A2 Elemental (Anaya\ELE) (Units 12-14) (~1.5 hours) - Managed to complete 12 and 13. Just started Unidad 14, and finished the first exercise. Some of the answers seem a little odd, and I can't decide if they're typo's or whether I've got it completely wrong. Weekend Summary 17/07/08 - 20/07/08
- A lot of the weekend was used up building a bookcase in my new place. I haven't unpacked even one third of my books, and I've already nearly filled it with language products. Russian Michel Thomas Advanced Russian CD2-07 to CD3-02 (~3 hours) - Did these tracks in three slightly shorter sessions. Spanish Gramatica A1-A2 Elemental (Anaya\ELE) (Units 14-16) (~2 hours) - Completed 14 and 15, and most of Unit 16. In Unit 16, there's an odd discrepancy discussing the ordinal numbers. It says in the lesson that "tercero" when written as a number is a three with a superscript of '0', but in the exercises the superscript is 'er'. Practice Makes Perfect Spanish Vocabulary (~30 minutes) - Completed an exercise about animals and rooms. Odd exercise.
