Evening

Russian

Michel Thomas Advanced Russian CD2-11 to CD3-06 (~1.25 hours)
- At last they've got to the accusative case, and it's a very good treatment of it.

Spanish

Gramatica A1-A2 Elemental (Anaya\ELE) (Units 16-19) (~2.25 hours)
- Finished off Unidad 16, then 17,18, and got half way through 19. Unidad 19 was quite tricky, as it covers the exclamations in Spanish, and when you use Qué, Cómo, and the various "Cuánto" E.g. ¡Cuánta gente!, ¡Qué suerte!, ¡Cómo baila!

Lunch (~45 minutes)

French

Listened to Assimil New French with Ease (Units 1-26)
- I've gone back to French for my lunch break, as I'll be in France in a months time. I haven't decided yet how to mix my languages, and what methods I'll use for this upcoming month.
- I always seem to overlearn lessons, as I've retained almost all the material. I'm slightly concerned that my brain tunes out sometimes, as it's extremely familiar with some of the lessons.

Evening

[some edits to follow]

Spanish

Gramatica A1-A2 Elemental (Anaya\ELE) (Units 19-21) (~1.75 hours)
- Ended up having an all Spanish evening.

Assimil Spanish with Ease - (Lessons Reread 35,36,37 Completed 38,39 Started 40) (~1 hour)
- Did these before heading on the walk mentioned below.

Listened to Assimil Spanish with Ease (Units 11-44) (~1.25 hours)
- I've never done Assimil Spanish in the evening. As I knew some of the earlier units extremely well, I shadowed them as I walked. This led to a rather embarrassing situation, when I walked past some Spanish students, who were then in stitches.
- I ended up listening well ahead of where I'm currently, and I was happy with the amount I understood.

- Skipped ahead a track.

Evening

Russian

Michel Thomas Advanced Russian CD2-12 to CD3-08 (~1.25 hours)
- I'm just skipping on a single track now. I'll alternate between this course and Assimil Spanish each evening. Hopefully this spaced repetion will deepen my knowledge of the course.

Spanish

Gramatica A1-A2 Elemental (Anaya\ELE) (Units 21-23) (~2 hours)
- Finished 21 and 22, and just started into 23. Unidad 22 was a very long unit, and very difficult. It covered phrases of obligation, instruction, and prohibition. The hardest exercise, number 6, was picking between "tener que" or "hay que". I kept getting this wrong, and just scored 2 out of 6.

Other
- Not part of my study, but I'd a good read over the Kato Lomb book that was posted in General Discussion, and which I downloaded from
here. Given my target languages, this book was ideal. I loved his discussion about language, and might try and pick up a hard copy.

Morning

Hungarian

Read Assimil Hungarian with Ease (Units 11,12) (~20 minutes)
- I keep revisiting 12 as its very new. It made me realise I must've really covered the other lessons in great detail.
